Shipping & Delivery
Your piece is handcrafted once you order, which is why it takes a little longer to reach you than ready-made fashion.
Handcrafting: 5–8 business days before your piece is dispatched. You’ll receive tracking by email once it’s on its way.
Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery estimate: 9–15 business days from the day you order to the day your parcel arrives. Sale items are ready to ship and arrive in 7–11 business days.

No hidden fees. All duties and import taxes are covered, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Ordering from more than one atelier? Your pieces will arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Returns
Changed your mind? Because every piece is made just for you, returns are offered as store credit, so you can choose a different size, colour or style instead. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Return postage not included.
Damaged or faulty? Let us know within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, and we’ll cover the return.
