Your piece is handcrafted once you order, which is why it takes a little longer to reach you than ready-made fashion.
Total delivery estimate: 10–15 business days from the day you order to the day your parcel arrives (includes handcrafting, processing and shipping). Sale items are ready to ship and arrive in 7–11 business days.

Returns
Changed your mind? Because every piece is made just for you, returns are offered as store credit, so you can choose a different size, colour or style instead. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Return postage not included.
Damaged or faulty? Let us know within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, and we’ll cover the return.
